Because we deliver software as a service (SaaS), and we are a Dutch company, we use the NLDigital Terms and Conditions.
These Terms & Conditions are broad-based and apply to all our services and products.

Delivery and Return Policy
ChiptuningReseller is Software as a Service. Because you buy a right to use the software we cannot ‘return’ anything if you are unhappy or want to cancel the agreement. We do however try to keep you satisfied and if we can help you out in any way, we will try to help you.

Payments made on our platform or any related page are non-refundable.
